Here at Troy Foods we are a major producer of Coleslaw. Last year we used 1,526,000kg of Carrot and 4,802,490kg of Cabbage. This equates to 25,016,393 average sized carrots and 6,403,320 average sized heads of cabbage used within our business. We know how to keep our farmers busy!
