The Team

The Technical Team are a small, hardworking and friendly team. They are have an eye for detail, love to get involved in all aspects of the factory and strive for the best food quality and hygiene standards throughout the business. The Role

In this high-octane role you’ll work closely with the Production and Warehouse Departments ensuring intake of raw materials meet specifications and daily checks are conducted in line with protocol.

Through applying your industry expertise you’ll effectively complete QA duties and confirm that checks have been completed to assist the business in achieving high food quality and safety standards. You will have previous experience of working in a QA position in a food manufacturing organisation or you will have extensive experience working as a QA Technical Support in a food manufacturing environment and be looking for your next step up.

You will analyse data, challenge behaviours and escalate quality or food safety issues. You will also be responsible for assisting in the day to day management issues and in audits. You will ensure paperwork is being completed correctly and be able to flag up immediately any causes for concern.

You will have a sense of humour, be hard working and passionate about food. We are looking for someone who will be flexible to the business demands and offer a competitive package and excellent training and development prospects tailored to your experience and development needs.

We are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail and is able to manage their own workload.

40 hours per week.

Rotating shift pattern 0600 - 1400 / 1330 - 2200 to support production

£9.10 per hour
