Gemma Polanski, Head of HR & Training advised 'last year, we had the chance to restructure the HR & Training team and this gave graduates like Emily the chance to get onto the HR career ladder and invest in their future. Emily over the last 12 months has taken the challenge of ensuring our training systems and procedures are monitored, improved and audited fully to comply with our legislative and customer requirements. She has been instrumental to the BSC 5 star audit in January this year. We go over and above with our training within the business, and our plans are to expand and develop this further to ensure we have one of the most innovative training functions for businesses of our size'.
Team Troy and the Trojan workforce congratulate Emily on her promotion and wish her the best in her new role.
