HR are a personable , fun and no-nonsense bunch of people. They pride themselves on being a straightforward, solutions-driven, and passionate function. They do everything in the Employee life cycle, from recruitment through to termination and everything in-between.

They are heavily involved in our Corporate and Social Responsibility programmes and ensure we engage with charities that will allow us to make a difference to their overall campaigns. The team drive site-shared projects such as our charity of the year and our Continuous Improvement Team to develop the best investment in our local community and our impact on society.

Dannika Bennett

HR Advisor

Dannika joined the business in January 2016 as a HR Assistant. She has worked extremely hard and proven to the Directors of the business that she has the knowledge, prowess and good decision making skills to execute investigations and manage the HR function.

Dannika is straight talking, direct, hard working, organised and has extreme OCD about her desk being tidy. She has a passion for people and makes sound decisions on people matters.

She is an Associate member of the CIPD, has a degree in Criminology and for such a short period of time in the HR industry, has a wealth of knowledge that the business can rely on.

Outside of work she loves the outdoors, crazy gym classes and tropical holidays!

Emily Huby

Learning & Development Officer

Emily joined in 2016 as a graduate HR Assistant and quickly displayed a flair for all things Training , Learning & Development. Having a psychology degree, this gives Emily the advantage to use her degree and integrate this into the training of the people within the organisation. She has developed a number of enhancements to our Learning & Development function, which has enhanced the workforce's skills and ambitions. She was promoted to Learning & Development Officer in July 2017, due to her development of the training function.

Taking an active interest int he development of people's skills, knowledge and succession plans, she has embarked on a multiple of projects throughout her very short time at Troy. She is the Project Manager of the Company's Million Makers and Charity Team and has been invested in to undertake her NEBOSH General Certificate, Train the Trainer, Level 4 Food Hygiene and has recently begun her studies for her level 5 Learning and Development Diploma with the CIPD.

Rebecca DeBono

HR Officer

Joining the business in July 2016 as a Graduate, Rebecca has a Masters degree in Law and loves to try to apply all of this to her working environment. She is hard working, loves to talk, drink and socialise, she is the positive energy among the HR & Training Team. She works incredibly hard but is incredibly messy. She deals with Employee matters in a diligent and sympathetic manner and her passion is Employee Engagement and improving this.

She is currently studying for her Level 5 Diploma in HR and aims to complete this next year. She has a Dog called Milo, loves all animals and is passionate about ensuring people are happy and productive.
